YY-50型全自动液体灌装机是 由灌装、上内塞、压内塞、上外盖、旋外盖、PLC控制等主要部分组成。本机通过凸轮传动，定位准确，传动平稳。PLC自动控制灌装、压内塞、旋盖等全过 程。并可配制全自动注塑机，由吹瓶直接进入灌装系统，防止交叉感染，整个过程全部在无菌条件下完成。无需洗瓶和烘干。 此 机适合于眼药水、滴鼻剂、滴耳剂、风油精等小剂量制剂的灌装生产。
YY-50 automatic  liqulidr filling machine mainly consists of filling,cork feeding,cork pressing,cap feeding,cap screwing and PLC etc.It is cam transmission.lt positions correctly and transmits  steadily. Thewhole process including filling,feeding cork,and screwing cap is controlled by PLC.It can be combined with the automatic injection model mathine,so that  the bottles can be carried to the filling device directly from the injection model machine.So the bottle can avoid bing pollutedand  the  wholeprocess is finished under the sterile circumStance.t needn t rinseordry the bottles The machine is suitable for production of small dosage such as eye washer,iodne,medicated oil。
