组成说明及特点

裹条监管码一体机可实现国家药监局关于药品电子监管码实施的要求,拥有自主知识产权及双软*。

裹包设备为DFR-180A，根据产品包装方式，可实现药盒的裹条包装，裹包设备上安装固定扫描器，在包装同时实现条码扫描和赋码，具体方式如下：

1....药品经过裹包设备进行裹包，裹包成为一中包。

2....进入扫描传送带，在传送带上可以扫描产品*小包装上的一级条码，成功通过的上传数据到电脑，不可阅读产品自动剔除。

.3...进行装箱，当达到规定中包数量后，根据扫描到的条码关联信息生成大箱码赋码信息，电脑将大箱码信息传输给标签打印机，打印大箱码信息并手动贴标在箱包包装上，完成关联赋码。使用手动扫描枪对大箱码信息进行扫描，上传给电脑，产品入仓。

 DFR-180A Wrapping machine,according to product packaging way,to ensure wrapping packaging for drug box, wrapping machine install fixed scanner, realize that scan bar code and Endowed code while packing, the specific way as following:

1....drug are wrapped through wrapping machine,the wrapping packaging become medium-size bag.

2....going into the scanner conveyor belt,it can scan the class-one bar code of the minimum packaging on it, uploading the data of successfully passed into computer ,others unreadable will be auto-rejected.

3....casing,when reach the medium-size quantity provided,generate the scanned bar code related information into endowed code of large box code information,large box code information was transferred to label printer by computer,and print the large box code information and label on box package by hand,accomplish related endowed code. Scanning the large box code information through manual scanner gun,then upload computer,last be put in storage.
