本机是利用铝扁丝直接打到长城卡封口效果，集做卡、打卡于一身，大大降低了使用者的生产成本。还可根据客户的不同要求制作不同规格的卡口，适应性明显增强，运转可靠，操作简单。封口质量高。本机采用伺服电机驱动，定位精度高。本机具有计数式裁刀功能，适合不同的生产要求。本机使用的人机界面、伺服电机、PLC控制器等均采用国外*。本机可与国外、国内的各种灌装机联机。
